Delete Account Policy – Evidam

We respect your privacy and provide you with the option to permanently delete your account at any time.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo, etc.) will be permanently removed.
  
  
• Your login credentials will no longer work.
  
  
• Past activity (such as chats, bookings, or transactions) may be anonymized but will not be linked to you.
  
  
• Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes (e.g., tax invoices, fraud prevention).
  
  

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  
  
• Any active services, bookings, or pending transactions will be canceled automatically.
  
  
• Backup copies may remain in our secure archives for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
  
  

How to Delete Your Account:

• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  
  
• Confirm your choice.
  
  
• Your request will be processed within 7 days.
