Evidam is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation is a core responsibility, and we strictly enforce measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE
- Evidam has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- Any content, behavior, or activity that promotes, depicts, or facilitates child sexual abuse/exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- Violations will result in immediate account suspension/termination and may be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities.
2. Reporting & Removal of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Users can report harmful or illegal content directly in the app using the Report and Block features.
- Reports are reviewed 24/7 by our safety team.
- Verified CSAM reports will be:
- Immediately removed from the platform.
- Reported to appropriate authorities in compliance with child safety laws.

3. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
- Evidam complies with all applicable local and international child protection laws, including:
- The U.S. PROTECT Act
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
- EU Child Sexual Abuse Regulation
- India’s POCSO Act and IT Act (where applicable)

- We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies when CSAE cases arise.
4. User Safeguards & Preventive Measures
- Evidam is designed for adults (18+) only.
- Age verification measures are implemented to prevent underage access.
- Automated systems and manual moderation help detect suspicious activity.
- Strict community guidelines outline prohibited behaviors, including grooming, solicitation, or exploitation.

- Users can:
