We have set out these Terms of Use (“Terms”) to help ensure that everyone has a safe, respectful, and smooth experience on the Evidam App. These Terms also incorporate, by reference, the specific Terms of Use applicable to certain users, which are accessible via this link.

These Terms apply to your use of our website and mobile application (“App”) (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store) (collectively, “Evidam App”). The App is operated by GROWTH BYTEZ DIGITAL LLP (“Company”), a company registered in India with its office at 2nd FLOOR, 1241/2/8, SN PLAZA, W C ROAD, THYCAUD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA – 695014, India.

“We”, “our” or “us” refers to GROWTH BYTEZ DIGITAL LLP, and “you” or “your” refers to any user of the Evidam App.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines (collectively, the “Platform Policies”). By using the Evidam App and agreeing to the Platform Policies when signing up, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree to any of the Platform Policies, please do not use the Evidam App.

Please also ensure that you are permitted to access and use the Evidam App under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ABOUT THE APP

Evidam App is a platform that allows users to connect and interact with others through one-on-one audio and video calls. These interactions are entirely voluntary and initiated at the users’ discretion. Calls can be made using coins, which can be purchased within the app. Users also have the option to buy and send virtual gifts to others on the Evidam App (together, the “Services”).

While you are free to choose whom you interact with, certain types of behaviour and interactions are strictly not allowed. Please refer to our Community Guidelines to understand what is permitted and what is prohibited on the Evidam App.

By starting a transaction to use any of these Services, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us for the provision of those Services.
